Which languages do you support?
We support Japanese, Chinese, English and Korean — from your first enquiry to chatting with your driver on the day, with no language barriers.
Can you pick us up from an international flight?
Yes. We cover both the international and domestic terminals at Fukuoka Airport. Your driver meets you according to your flight’s arrival, and delays are handled flexibly.
Can we customise the charter route?
Absolutely. Start from a popular route and adjust the sights, departure time and length of each stop freely. Small changes on the day are possible too — just ask your driver.
What is included in the price?
The base price covers the vehicle, fuel and, for charters, the driver. Expressway tolls and parking are charged at cost. Everything is itemised in your quote upfront — no surprise charges.
What licence do I need to rent a car?
You will need an international driving permit valid in Japan or equivalent documents. Requirements vary by country, and we will explain them when you book. Please also confirm your group size and luggage.
What is the cancellation policy?
The cancellation policy is explained when your booking is confirmed. For date changes, please contact us anytime to discuss.
